1. Introduction

Please read these terms carefully before completing your purchase. By checking the box at checkout, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this document. Your purchase is subject to these terms in full.

2. What you are purchasing

A monthly subscription to a private online community providing asynchronous toddler sleep support from a certified pediatric Sleep Consultant. Access begins immediately upon successful payment.

3. Billing and payment

Your subscription is billed at $27 USD per month. Your first payment is taken at the time of purchase. Subsequent payments are taken automatically on the same date each month until you cancel. All payments are processed securely. Your card details are never stored by Little Moon Sleep Consulting.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the community until that date. No further payments will be taken after cancellation is confirmed.

5. Refunds

Payments already processed are non-refundable. If you cancel mid-month, you will not receive a refund for the remaining days in that billing period. If you believe a payment has been taken in error, contact contact@littlemoon.com within 7 days and we will investigate promptly.

6. What is included

Your subscription gives you access to the private community platform, the ability to post questions and receive responses from Sophia Anderson, and access to all resources and content shared within the community during your active membership. Content posted before your join date may or may not be accessible depending on platform settings.

7. Response times

Sophia Anderson aims to respond to questions within 24 hours on business days. Responses are not guaranteed on weekends or public holidays. This community provides general sleep guidance and does not constitute medical advice. If you have concerns about your child's health, consult a qualified medical professional.

8. Community conduct

Members are expected to engage respectfully. Little Moon LLC reserves the right to remove any member whose conduct is disruptive, offensive, or harmful to other members, without refund.

9. Changes to the service

Little Moon LLC reserves the right to change the price, format, or content of the community with reasonable notice. If the price increases, existing members will be notified at least 30 days in advance and will have the option to cancel before the new rate applies.

10. Governing law
