5. Our Commitment

Our goal is to provide thoughtful, professional, and supportive guidance to help you work toward your family’s sleep goals. For consulting services, we will provide the support, consultations, resources, and guidance described on the applicable sales page at the time of purchase. We are committed to delivering services professionally, respectfully, and in good faith. However, because every child and family is unique, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or timelines.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Payment must be received before access to products or services is granted unless a payment plan is offered. You authorize Little Moon LLC and its payment processors to charge your selected payment method for all purchases. You agree to provide current, accurate, and complete billing information.

6. Payment Plans

If a payment plan is offered:

• You agree to complete all scheduled payments.

• Failure to participate in or complete a program, course, membership, or service does not cancel your payment obligations.

• Missed or failed payments may result in suspension or termination of access.

• Outstanding balances may be pursued through lawful collection efforts where permitted.

7. Refund Policy

Digital Products:

Due to the immediate access and downloadable nature of digital products, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued for digital products, including but not limited to:

• Workshops

• Downloadable resources

unless otherwise required by applicable law.

EU and UK Customers: Where applicable, you expressly consent to immediate access to digital content upon purchase and acknowledge that any statutory right of withdrawal may end once access to the digital content has been provided.

Sleep Consulting Services:

Sleep consulting services may be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase provided services have not yet begun. Approved cancellations may be subject to a reasonable administrative fee. Once consultations, sleep plans, support services, or other deliverables have been provided, all fees become non-refundable.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, fees paid for completed services are non-refundable.

9. Scheduling, Rescheduling, and Expiration

Clients are responsible for attending scheduled appointments. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited or subject to a cancellation fee. Missed appointments may be considered completed and are not guaranteed to be rescheduled.

Unless otherwise stated on the applicable sales page or client agreement:

• Purchased services must be used within 90 days of purchase.

• Unused consultations, support periods, calls, or services expire after that period.

• Expired services are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Clients agree to communicate respectfully and professionally at all times. Harassment, abusive behavior, threatening language, or inappropriate conduct may result in termination of services without refund.

• Videos

• PDFs

• Guides

• Templates

• Worksheets

• Sleep plans

• Training materials

remains the exclusive intellectual property of Little Moon LLC. Purchasing a product or service grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.

You may not:

• Reproduce

• Share

• Republish

• Distribute

• Sell

• Modify for resale

• Create derivative works from

any materials without prior written permission.

10. Account Sharing and Unauthorized Access
